Payment
Cash, Business Checks and all major Credit Cards are all acceptable methods of payment. Personal Checks are not accepted. Our Terms are payment in full when all repairs or service is completed. An express mechanic´s lien will be exercised on a client´s vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto. After 45 days, collections process will begin on a invoice if not already paid in full. In the event legal action is necessary to enforce this contract, the client will pay reasonable attorney´s fees and court costs. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.
Shop Supplies & Materials
We have found it is not practical to itemize the many miscellaneous supplies and materials used on each repair job. To do so would considerably add to the costs and labor charges to you. A standard charge for supplies and materials is charged on every repair order. Experience has shown that our fee covers the barest minimum of these items resulting in a savings to our clients. Our fee is $3.00 for all shop supplies used. The following is a partial list of items used regularly in majority of repairs:
