California Fines Ford $3 Million
GM is recalling almost 51,000 Cadillac SRX because of a problem with the transmission control module. GM says some drives have experienced a 3-4 second hesitation when the driver accelerates uphill. General Motors said the problem would happen if the transmission upshifts from first to second gear and then the driver presses the brakes, slowing the vehicle to less than 5 MPH, and then accelerates again.
